Amita Mehta Amita Mehta is vice president of administration at Prudential Financial. She serves in a dual capacity as senior program manager and executive advisor to the U.S. Service Council. She serves on the chief operating officer’s leadership team and is instrumental in defining and driving a wide array of strategic initiatives for the Individual Life Insurance Service & Operations organization. As executive advisor to the U.S. Service Council, Amita's role is critical in employing a single lens onto overarching U.S. business priorities to shape and implement customer focused service and operations strategy.
With over 20 years of financial services experience, past roles have included sales, operations, merger integration, talent acquisition, executive communication, and global diversity initiatives at JPMorgan Chase and Fulton Bank. Amita has a passion for inspiring individuals across all generations to live their authentic truth and was recently featured in Real Woman magazine’s 2017 Spring Issue. She is a refugee from Uganda, Africa.
